What is included in website prices?

Peninsular Spain: Net price with shipping payed. Our prducts are delivered by MRW (www.mrw.es) and are insured for all risk.

You must add V.A.T. to all the prices.

Insular Spain: Canarias Islands and Baleares Islands.
In this cases due to transportation costs and documentation required (Canarias Islands), price may vary, please contact us. For Canarias Islands, in the price shipping and customs costs will be included. Our products are insured for all risk.

Transportes Ochoa (www.ochoa.es) is the company that will transport the order to your place.

Europe: We do direct delivery to your home or store-shop

In this cases due to transportation costs and different documentation required for each country prices may vary, please contact us.

Transportes Ochoa (www.ochoa.es) and their international network will transport your order to any place in Europe in less than 30 days. All our products are insured for all risk.

Payment:

Decided and confirmed the budget for the order:

You need to pay 25% of the total by bank transfer or deposit in the bank accounts.

The 75% left with the same kind of bank transfer at shipping time or at delivery (payment in cash to the transportist).

The invoice, packing note and Guarantee Certificate will be accompanying your bathroom furniture according to your local or country legislation.

Please, don´t hesitate to contact us if you are a Distributor, Shop, Store, etc. asking for terms and conditions for a longest relationship.

Once ordered delivery to your place is:

Peninsular Spain: 20 production days + 1 day for shipping and delivery
Insular Spain (Canarias Islands or Baleares Islands): 20 productions days + 5 days for shipping and customs.

Europe: 20 production days + 7 days for shipping

Note: This is an average, in any cases it could be less but never more than 30 days since your formal order.

Important:
The level of effects that historically we have suffered for damages in the transport is very low, thanks to the professionalism of the companies of transport with which we work.

Nonetheless
Check carefully the dedicated goods.
Any anomaly, damage or break that you detects for an incorrect manipulation must be annotated in the delivery note of the agency of transport. If it could not for being checked in the moment or for any other reason, annotate in the delivery note " For lack of CHECKING ". This one simple instructions allows us to claim to the company of transport these effects and we will be able to forward the goods rapidly, without any cost for you.

We request you that a term of 72h from the receipt of order, any effect is communicated to us, by means of e-mail or fax. It performs importance to be able to have photos for your evaluation and later claim to the companies of transport.
